I started using it over 2 weeks ago. At first, it took a couple of days for my body to adjust. I take it just as I am winding down for the night. I was able to get a good night sleep and wake up with any grogginess. For those of us, who are high strung from day time stressful jobs, this product will help de-stress you as you sleep and wake up refreshed, recharged and ready to go.Its easy on the body and non habit forming, I usually skipped weekends and was able to fall asleep on weekends when I am not stressed out and it was the right amount of help I needed to fall asleep during the week.

I first bought this product to help me even out my sleep schedule. I had a bad habit of staying up late on my phone. After I quit doing this I would have a really hard time winding down and relaxing to go to bed. It would take an hour sometimes two before I finally dozed off. I got NightLife because I was looking for something with all natural ingredients. After using for about a week I can say this product really works for me. I take it about 45 minutes to an hour before I want to be asleep and I can feel it kick in. I've tried melatonin before in 10mg gummies and they didn't work as well for me. NightLife has only 3mg of melatonin but combined with the other ingredients it's really effective. I also saw there was ashwagandha root extract in here which has a lot of benefits but the one I feel the most is a good sense of well being and less anxiety. I'd say give this product a try if you want something inline with melatonin but with other benefits that actually works.

I am astonished that this product yields no benefit to my sleeping. I was hoping that this Nightlife product would allow me to discontinue prescribed sleep aid (RX) that I've been on for nearly 2 decades. Nope, no such luck. Consequently, just a one-star review from my perspective. Might work for others with less serious sleep disorder than what I experience.
